I'm down 10 lbs. Which would have been great had I not gained 10 pounds during the holidays. I'd be that much thinner....but no such luck!
It's hard keeping my family on this plan. They just don't give in easily. We are so focused on food around here.
I've been excersizing using the SB Supercharged DVD from the library. Great, but boring after 3 weeks. Can't walk outside b/c it's so darn cold!
Well, I'm pressing on in this quest!
It's black bean soup tonight with salad. No carbs at dinner!
